Switch between years, start a new one, or close a finished year to lock and archive it.
- All pages report on the year chosen in the year picker at the top, or with Switch to below.
- Up to 2 years can be open at the same time (e.g. finishing last year while starting the new one).
- Closing a year locks it — no adding, editing or deleting. It stays viewable.
- 5 closed years are kept. Closing a 6th removes the oldest (a CSV copy downloads first).

Saved statement layouts
When you import a bank statement with a new column layout, EZ-Fin asks you to match the columns and can save that layout here so the same bank imports automatically next time.
Financial years (1 Mar – end Feb)
Close a finished year to lock and archive it, then start the next one. Up to 2 years can be open at once and 5 closed years are kept.
Data
Reset everything back to the sample data, or wipe it clean and start fresh.
